Cannot log in to My World in App World

I recently got a replacement Tour because my trackball wasn't working. After I switched phones, I wanted to download all the apps I had before. I installed bb messenger first. then I went to My World to try to log in to My world but when I pressed the menu button nothing happened. I deleted the app using the BB os rebooted and retied, no luck. I deleted the app via desktop manager, rebooted and retried, no luck. I reset the permissions in Options>Advanced>Applications>Blackberry App World and still cannot log in. Any suggestions?

I recently got a Tour and I am very new to this but could someone please tell me where to find My World I have two apps that I can not remove. I am a new beginner. Thanks

go into app world and it is the icon at the bottom right.
