Blackberry Managment Software

We are a small company with about 20 Blackberry users. I am looking for some recommendations for device management software. We would like to take control of the devices in the field and make software and setting updates remotely. Since we are relatively new to the Blackberry world, I am really not sure where to start to look for this stuff.

An example is we currently do hand held sync's directly with our reps pc's by connecting them directly to the pc's. We are in the process of installing a Blackberry server so we can sync over the air. There are all kinds of local hand held settings that need to be adjusted. I would like to not have to touch each hand held but would like to send the updated configurations over the air to these units once the Blackberry server is up and running.

Any help and guidance will be much appreciated.
