Default Blackberry 8820 Please help!! newbie!!
I just got my BB today, was trying to download music, ringtones, etc. I don't have desktop manager, when trying to download it says "The Blackberry Desktop Software does not have Blackberry Device Software for the device you have connected to computer" Please help...Thank You

Go to blackberry.com and download the OS (device software) for your AT&T 8820 and install it on your computer.

It will just pop as a folder to drag and drop files into as well. It's usually slower transfering them through DM/media manager anyways.
