MY first was the old Nokia (S60) 7650. Then the SonyEricsson P900, then P910, then i a few SonyEricsson Walkman phones that i wont care to mention, then a Nokia N70 and now (well later today) a BB8700! yay!
I've tried so many different models and devicies, I can't even remember half of them.
But, let me say this, Treo 650 / Nokia 6682 and various BlackBerry are the most popular one's I've had repeatedly. In some cases I sold the one I had, only to go out and buy the same model again.

Compaq Pocket PC 3835; RIM 950; Color SideKick; hp iPAQ 6315 x3 (sim card door broke on all 3); BB 7730 x2 (1 lost signal totally; I have the other one); BB 7100t x3 (1 malfunctioned; 1 got delivered late and was returned; I still have the last one); SideKick 2 x2 (one shut down while charging and never came back on; I have the other one which won't hold a charge), BB 7105t x2 (first one was broken when I accidentally dislodged the USB port; second one's trackwheel stopped clicking in to select items; I don't have one of these anymore); BB Pearl x2 (first one shut down and never came back on; I have the second one), SideKick 3.
prior to my crack(berry) addiction, i had a HTC Wizard (T-Mobile MDA). that device was great...and i gotta say, things workout for the best. i was devastated when i lost my MDA...and waited a good month to see if it would turn up. to my dismay, it never did, but then i randomly stopped by local Comp USA (which was going outta business), and got an AWESOME deal on a Pearl. So i guess i can't really complain...things worked out for the best. I love the BB Pearl...much more addicting and more user friendly...over all...just a better addiction...lol
Palm VIIx PDA, (long break) Dell Axim X30 PDA (long break) @ now....7130c and loving it. Would love to upgrade to a Pearl or 8800, but have a long contract ahead of me. It'll be cool to see what's new when my contract expires in 11/08. (geez that's a long time away)
