Lightbulb Random Device Innovation - 2 devices I'd like to lay my hands on

With this thread I intend to collect information about new innovative devices that are already released, or are 100% confirmed to be released very soon with all known specs and form factors.
Please don't post random rumored devices in this thread or random fake footage of smart phones.

Also don't hint towards Blackberries, Iphones, Androids, Palms in this thread. We are all aware and very up to date with those brands, and so I am very sure that pretty much all of it has been seen in the past and just wont blow our minds as "innovative" technology.

In this thread I would like to concentrate on Smart Phones other than the mentioned four (4). Please give a short description of the device, and post a link with a review (or similar) if available.
------------------

Having said that, let me start by introducing two devices to you that I would like to get my hands on. Please be aware that this is not intended to be a comparison to Berries/Iphones/Droids/Palms. This is just something else that I think all of us would enjoy.

1) NTT Docomo F-04B

The F-04B is a Japanese model, it is a slider phone (portrait keyboard slides out). The display is a touch screen. The phone can be separated into 2 pieces (bottom part separated from the screen). The buttom part has then a full landscape keyboard. Both parts stay functional although separated. You can take calls with the keyboard, meanwhile playing/browsing etc on the touch screen. Both parts are connected via bluetooth when separated. Buttom part can controle top part. Top part can be attached to a beamer. One can controle a PowerPoint presentation with the the buttom part, and more...follow the link:

Side note: Japanese infrastructure and mobile phones

I have read a japanese report that stated that almost every Japanese citicent spends at least $200 per month on mobile phones (purchase, contracts etc.). A lot more money can be spend on the infrastructure. That is why it is so advanced. They have very fast internet on the phones. They can watch live TV on pretty much every phone that is sold in Japan with no lags - great coverage. Messanging/Email/Calling/Audio/Video/Bluetooth doesnt have to be mentioned, pretty much every phone in Japan can do that. Many phones have biometric scans - your bank account/ credit card is connected with your phone. Your fingerprint unlocks the usage of your account - you can pay with your phone in stores/taxis etc. There are phones that measure your body fat, pulse rate, bad breath etc etc. It seems to me that the entire world is 5 to 10 years behind Japan.

2) ELSE Phone

Linux based touch screen phone. One thumb operation. Right/Left-handed can be switched. Put your thumb on a menue, slide left to go to sub-menue and hold your thumb in place to operate within sub-menue, choose next category in sub-menue and slide with thumb further left to open its sub-menue etc etc.
The ELSE of course has all the common functions - Calling/Messaging/Email/Audio/Video/Blootooth

Yeah, I heard that they didnt have enough funding to market it, and so it was canceled. However, the link that I provided is from 2010 MWC, and there the presenter said that it will be released. Nevertheless, this phone is innovative and exists. I am sure you might as well purchase it, but would have to order it from somewhere unusual.

I had it in my hands. Prototypes do exist:
Emblaze Else – the hands-on » TamsPalm - the Palm OS / web OS Blog

Question is if they ever ran it in scale.
