HTC Touch Pro 2

Question for anyone who might know. I have to to go to a clients site tomorrow and he has an HTC Touch Pro 2. He is having trouble syncing to Outlook. He has a Verizon personal data plan and not the Business Data plan. Could that be the reason? I'd hate to do all this trouble shooting and have something I have no control over being the issue. Thanks in advance!!!

I have a HTC Touch Pro 2 and it synches perfectly. I've had two different data plans. The first one didn't include youtube/video streaming and such, but it did include syncing with Outlook. So I only had to upgrade it for video streaming.

I have a Europe carrier so there might be a difference, but I doubt it. I think it's more an issue with the phone itself. I had trouble syncing first time I got my HTC too. A friend of mine fixed this later on.
