HTC SMT5800 can't receive pictures??

Ok here is my problem. I can't receive pictures for some odd reason all of a sudden. I have unlimited text, pix and flix. One day my phone just stopped getting them, like it would light up as if i were receiving one but the little symbol in the corner never shows up and i never get them. And it was working fine before that day. So i went to Verizon and tried asking for help and they told me the account holder blocked it and several other things so i asked why and what was blocked and they said they couldn't tell me. So i called my mom and asked why she had blocked it and she said she only blocked premium texts and didn't block pix or flix and all of a sudden as i was driving home i received all the pictures that were sent to my phone earlier, but then later that night it went back to not being able to. So i looked at the account settings and it's not blocked, so then i tried unblocking premium texts and tried it again and still no luck. I have also tried every setting and option there is but can't seem to find anything. Does any one else have this problem? is there a reason why this is happening? what did you do to fix it? thanks
