    Default How to "Wipe" a VZW Moto Q

    I am throwing my old Moto Q on ebay or craigslist. I would like a brief how to on how to clean it out. I had eWallet installed with all my CC info, so I am not taking this process lightly.
    any help would be great.

    the Q has a master reset button. Just open it and that will wipe your
    handheld clean

    If you take it to your local Verizon store, they should be able to wipe it for you same way they switched your contacts over.
