Had an E71, if you cover the bottom, it loses reseption.

Have an 9000, if I cover the bottom, it loses reception.

Funny how that works.

I have a 9700 and I can't get it to lose reception for the life of me, no matter how I hold it. Funny how that works.

I had a 9700 and it lost some reception covering the bottom. I'm talking using the numerical display for signal strength.

I have a E71 and I had to “learn” how to hold it to gain maximum signal strength. The iPhone 4 situation seemed like nothing new really, and at the end of the day you have to put the aerial somewhere!

The only way I have ever held a nokia is right over the trash can, right before I chunked it.
