Crashing Nokia 5800

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has the solution to my problem of my Nokia 5800 constantly crashing (it's got to the point where doing anything, even dialling a number, causes it to crash quite epically, going into a 5-reboot cycle before the circle starts again. Is there any way to fix this, given this is a phone I am using while I await my BlackBerry Curve being fixed, or buying my new BlackBerry Torch.
