Question Wrong Mobile Network

Hi,

I have a problem : I juste bought a used Storm. I've activated it with Bell Mobility. I am able to use the 1x for calling and texting, but data does not work. I get the message : "Your device does not currently have any Browser Configuration Service Book Entries." Both the Service Book and the Host Routing Table have no entries, and even if I "Register Now" I still get no entries.

Funny thing is that my mobile network is detected as "Cbeyond", which isn't right, it should be Bell. But I can't seem to be able to change it...

After 45 minutes on the phone with Bell tech support he couldn't solve the problem. He sent me to the service center but they said they only service devices sold at that particular store.

So I'm at a loss, little help?

use ##000000# and you can change the info there
