Its sad in today's world of fancy electronics that a theft like this would be profitable to the *****'s doing it. All the phones' serial numbers should be blocked off major carriers in North America and the phones should be rendered useless. I don't know the particulars of it, but even if a phone is unlocked with a SIM card, the carrier should be able to read the serial number at their end and block the phone from using the network.

What sucks more is all the unsuspecting people that will buy these phones when they are put up for sale by these idiots.

I saw that article and posted on it, however after doing a bit of thinking and talking with other people, it's looking alot like a conspiracy. Think about it, some parts of the story doesn't seem right, breaking in at 7am just before employees arrive to open? Majority of those 69 phones were stated to be the recently shipped Milestone XT720, as the article said convenient timing.
