Not cool, when overages can run into the $hundreds$. | Hi not sure if you were able to resolve this but I would contact VMC and ask them why you can't check your billing,usage etc. And ask them for browser help. I know that sometimes you get someone who absolutely knows nothing about BB's and then you have to insist they transfer you to a BB tech.
