Virgin Mobile Canada Service

Im looking to switch to Virgin from rogers. $50 student deal with no contract beats anything Rogers could throw out. I just want to know what people have experienced with them from a customer service standpoint? I've seen mixed reviews, so Im looking for some up-to-date opinions.

I have been with virgin mobile canada for almost 3 years now and the customer service is great! There have been some mix ups with my national buddies and trying to add them. I thought they were on there but for some reason it didn't take. I called and explained what happened and they took all the charges off. Around 900 dollars worth. No fighting for it they just did it.

Well Bell owned about 50% of Virgin Mobile when it came to Canada. And late 2009 Bell bought the rest of Virgin Mobile.

Signal quality is the same. No difference as well as same coverage nationwide

Been with Virgin Canada just under a year. Every time I call I get great service reps. Never had major problems with their service, just tweaking my plan. Every time I got CSRs who helped me out. One time they even suggested a different plan to SAVE me money instead of trying to upsell me! Glad I don't have to deal with MTS anymore

My only problem is deciding how to abbreviate "Virgin Mobile Canada". Do I use "ViMo Canada"? or "VMC"? hahaha
