Default UMA question: Cincinnati Bell's 9700.......

....doesn't have UMA enabled (despite their website having a tutorial on how to set it up)??

W. T. F.

I'm betting there's no workaround for this, is there?

In a funny addendum, the tech that I called about it yesterday said "We don't do that for any phone", which they most certainly do. Smh. Oh, Cincy Bell.....
