OS 5.0 MetroPCS 8330

I bought the blackberry 8330 from metropcs like 2 months ago. i pretty much nothing about installing a new OS but my friend keeps telling me i can put 5.0 on this blackberry. I've read post on here about this and some say you can and some say you cant. Can somebody just say like yes you can and link me to something that will tell me how or no its not possible. I've looked and cant find a clear answer. Thanks for your time.

no.. there is no 5.0 OS for 8330m (yet?)
the latest OS for it is 4.5.0.186..

metroberry came with 4.5.0.127..

i hope we get 5.0 tho, it would be unfair if the m version does'nt get it.

I want it too ) has metro made any update at all on their os even if its not 5.0 ill go for another carriers os as long as it improves browsing speed considerably. Any advice?
