New Virgin Mobile USA Plans Coming July

It's not really that different for Blackberry users. It's the same cost if you did the $25 plan + the $10 Blackberry.
But $55 for Unlimited Everything is good until I figured out that they throttle data after a certain point.

As I mentioned earlier, there are no additional costs to Blackberry users. In regards to throttling, every company does it to manage bandwidth (typically around 5 GB). With Blackberry's data compression, I don't see this as a problem unless you download videos all the time.

I don't need unlimited minutes so I would most likely get the 300 or 1200 minute plans. So I'll still save $5 on the 1200 minute plan.

Old plans
300 minutes = 25 + 10(bis)
1200 minutes = 40 + 10(bis)
unlimited = 60 + 10(bis)

New plans
300 minutes = 35 -- same as old plan
1200 minutes = 45 -- save $5
unlimited = 55 -- save $15

I am going to be getting a VM BB soon, and even though the price went up, it is still reasonable at $35 a month for me.
My question is, when they raise the prices again, do we get grandfathered in or what?
