Default New device coming to metro pcs in 2010... Guess what brand?

I got some info from someone at Metro PCS, still to confirm, but for the first quarter of 2010... there might be a new Blackberry coming our way, and with it, what we have been longing all CDMA users in this carrier for... EVDO!!!... as soon I get more accurate information, I'll update this thread...

Default Not likely

I will be shocked if another BB device comes to Metro - First off, RIM has not supported the BB well at all, not even listing Metro as a vendor. Second, Metro doesn't have EVDO and will not be building an EVDO network as they are already investing heavily in LTE (see the most recent issue of Forbes for more info) - I have heard rumors that there are places where Metro has EVDO coverage, but have never been able to actually experience it for myself. Also, the Curve sold well right at the start, but has tapered off, especially now that the Samsung Code can be had for $100 cheaper and with all the Metro Software (Navigator, Premium 411, etc.) - So, it would be great, I would be first in line to buy it, but I just don't see it happening - Now, an LTE device at a later date would be a bit more likely...

Default All Metro Store to have WiFi

So, in addition to offering the BB 8530 with WiFI all Metro stores will be required to have a public wifi hotspot available 24/7.

I went through warranty for a defective phone. And after the fourth one it seems I got lucky with a working model. Unfortunate part is that I had to try four separate phone within a lot less than a month. And they didn't want to reimburse me for the money I lost since I wasn't able to talk on the phone. What's more all of the phones where refurbished. A friend of mine has the same phone with metro and they gave him a new phone while still under warranty. Whats the difference between him and I? Nothing,we both paid the ten dollars for the replacement phone. I asked the people there how much longer do I have to go through this? Just give me a new reliable phone. They told me as" long as it takes". They said after a month if the phone problem isn't resolved I have to pay 10 dollars and start the process over again. Ridiculous? Yes. True ? Yes. Those where the words out of their mouths.

When I painted the picture of what the future was looking like if I didn't get the phone fixed pronto, all the rep could say was " why do you have to think like that?". He was referring to my disgustedly bothered attitude just thinking about how much longer I had to deal with them ,given their explanation of how their policy's work as far as defective phones.

Metro is no good. Boost offers the same service and are over 100 percent more professional from the reps they employ to the look of their stores and customer services. Their are no fallacy's in my story I do things by the book and am very attentive. They are the worst of the worst.
