You think lte will improve our browsing speed at least a little. As far as native browser I've always felt it was faster and more reliable than bolt or mini. As of now I'm using bolt ever since its Beta release and am having the best luck I've ever had with it. Video streaming has improved ,as before it was very glitchy. Still overall page rendering still gets stuck at 20 percent but for the most part it fully loads after a bit.

Since the day I made this post my native browser is still the same. Instead of typing in any desired search it now ask for three keywords for a desired search result. Any one having the same issue ontop of everything the search never works.

I heard it works on boost and since boost basically ofers same service as metro and guess it should work. Problem is that its against both of the providers policies. If you get caught they could fine you. Cancell any future buisness with you or could charge you for the amount of times you've tethered. I don't think they are ready to tether. Imagine if a whole mess of people start doing so without their ok ,I'm sure it would really make for a load on their system.

i've had it on sprint for 6 months i seriously doubt that if a carrier like VZW, Sprint or AT&T haven't fined or penalized their customers yet that metro would. escpecially seeing as how they only offer one blackberry. so for them to catch you using tether is very remote. i just would like to know how tether holds up on Metro's network, thats my only reason for asking. and with a carrier like metro you don't even need to give them a real name or an address i had a friend that when ever he called a home line it came up as "John Doe" and another's who came up as "big daddy" so i seriously doubt metro would do anything let alone cancel your business if you could say any name you want..

that still doesn't answer my question about metro... sprint VZW and ATT have just about the same TOS. and i have not yet to date found anyone that has been penalized for this.. if you do post that up for me.. i just don't see how it matters to them how you use your data.. say you were on pandora all day you would be a drag on their network then ? why not hook your bb up to a laptop and use the data on that ? either way data is data no matter which way you splice it.. i don't use tether for downloading music or progs.. just casual browsing and youtube vid's here and there.. as of now i don't know any other post where a service provider has taken notice of use of a Tether app and penalized a customer.... oh well i guess better safe than sorry ? wouldn't want metro to suspend your service ?

i dont think anyone would get penalized for using tether, isnt thether an appliction? if you have unlimited data plan, i dont see why cant you use it with tether. im not sure thou..

i heard when you are tethering, you cant receive messages and calls.

i wonder if i got BIS 3.0 now, i dont have a blackberry email, i didnt have to set it up as the metro rep did it for me, but i wonder if i need to set up a blackberry email account to upgrade my BIS?

what are the changes with the new version? anything noticable and useful?
i know i dont get htmo messages on my phone, i wonder if that is alredy fixed with the new version of BIS... thanks

Here's the link
about upgrading bis i haven't read it but check it out. and if you are using Tether if someone calls it will go through it just pauses your internet connection until you hang up, then it is reestablished.

for some reason i cant even back up my 3rd part apps, i keep getting "send report/dont't send" whenever i click on switch device wizard..
did metro locked the phone to that particular OS only? or there is actually a way to upgrade?
