Default Metro PCS help...

So im leaving T-Mobile as an employee so I will be changing carriers to MetroPCS to try and save some money. Heres my issue, im not giving up my bb but I heard that 1. you cant flash a 9700 to Metro, 2. if you have any unlocked bb like lets say a tour or a 9650 that BBM will not work on Metro, basically unless you get the 8530 you cant have BBM, everything else will work just not that.
Can anyone disprove this rumor???

I can do fully flash your blackberry OTA ( connecting to ur computer and doing everything while u just sit back and watch ) with ESN add to metropcs.
TALK , TEXT , INTENET , MMS ( picture messaging )
Instant activation....

I work with my own software and all you need is connect your phone to your computer via the USB cable.

Contact me for details if you need the service..

Wow, I love how everyone is willing to 'help'.
I would just purchase a 8530 with MetroPCS.

You cannot use a 9700 on MetroPCS or any other CDMA carrier's network. CDMA does not use SIM cards. The 9700 will only work on T-Mobile, AT&T, or regional carriers like Cincinnati Bell.

CDMA carriers usually will not activate CDMA devices that are branded to other carriers. So you will need to purchase a new device, branded to MetroPCS, to have full functionality.

You cannot flash a GSM-only device to a CDMA network. The hardware (radios) are incompatible.

Thats fine with me but what i was correcting is where u said

"CDMA carriers usually will not activate CDMA devices that are branded to other carriers"

You can activate other CDMA phones on other networks by FLASHING them over..
