Lowest Priced Plan with 2GB or Unlimited Data BIS low minutes and Unlimited text.

Looking for the lowest price possible plan that offers at least 1GB of Data or More, Unlimited Texts and 200 or more minutes. Ive spent hours with no luck. The problem is where I live. T-Mobile Does not have any 3G service its GPRS so when it roams on AT&T its edge. Signal wise its horrible. AT&T 3G seems to be ok however I would preferably like to go with someone who's CDMA. Where I live Verizon and Bluegrass Cellular are the 2 dominate providers that work decently. Sprint has no coverage so they roam on either Bluegrass or Verizon. Right now I have straight talk for $45 a month and Im using my Sim in an HTC Inspire 4G. Oh ironically enough even though I live in the middle of nowhere we do have the HSPA+ (AT&T 4G) Not LTE but the enhanced 3G. Its just very unpredictable it some parts of the house it goes in and out. Call me cheap I'm just trying to find the best possible deal. For the longest time I was on an old 3RD Party Sprint Employee plan and paid $25 a month and had 3000 minutes unlimited text and a $15 add on for the Unlimited BlackBerry Data so it was $40 a month. However no longer working for Sprint I lost the plan. Any Suggestions? Sprint MVNOS are out of the question being that sprint doesn't have any coverage at my house.
