Help with bb storm flashed to metro

I bought a blackberry storm 9530 originally verizon flashed to metro, *from a guy on craigslist. Everything worked perfectly talk, text, mms, web, until the dude transferred his number to a different phone. Then, I called metro to put my number on the bb. Metro says there's no way the could do it. So I called the dude I bought the phone from to see where he got the phone flashed at. He gives me the number and location and the business is closed down. So then,*I went to a business that has so called experience with flashing blackberrys and they took mms and web off the phone. At the end they didn't put my number on the phone, they just deleted my access to get web/mms. I researched some forums and I tried the ##000000 and send *thing, but my bb said it could not read the data. Is there anyone that can help me out? Thanks in advance. **
