Default Getting my BB Tour replaced on Bell Mobility
I have one-year warranty and am getting the device replaced next week. I have a quick question though.... instead of giving me a new Tour is there any way I can get the 9700?? I'm thinking no but one can dream!

Most probably not, chances are you will get a refurb Tour. You can always try though, just dont get your hopes too high.

I swapped my Tour for a Bold. They were great, no hesitation.
Your best bet is to use a kiosk from Future Shop, Best Buy etc....customer service is infinitely better than a Bell store.

Were you having any problems with your tour or was it perfectly fine? I'm pretty surprised they'd do that without hesitation. Hoping I'll have the same luck

The usual trackball issues. I went in twice before and they didn't have any Tours on hand. The third time they offered me the 9700.
