blackberry storm already flashed metro

Hi everyone
Just got this phone,Bought from a guy for $100 and it is already activated for metro but he is closing his service and sold it to me. My questions are these. I currently have metro service on my messanger but want to change it over to this blackberry. How do I go about doing this and how much is the charge if anyone knows and do I have to wait a while before doing this. I would guess that the imei or whatever you call it is already registered to metro I would guess anyway. He showed me the phone all works including SMS email and calls and internet. Any other things I need to know about changing my sservice over from my messanger to this one would be great.
