If your talking about the plastic screeen on the outside of the black berry and not the one with electrical components then you can get it almost any where. Stores who carry cell acesories sometimes carry these screen and sell from 6 to 12 bucks. You could prpobally get some on ebay for like 1.00. And best of all this is something very easy to replace.
