I just took mine back. 3hr battery life is a killer for me. I showeed them in the store what it was doing. It doesnt like being away from high strength reception, which is another prob I had. Not slamming the Pre but pointing out that it would probably be best suited for urban type users that are surrounded by towers. Mine hated me. LOL I'm holding off for the Tour. It's pretty close to the Bold I've grown attached to but can no longer use in my locale.
