Pre user here
hello all. i am a pre user. i know its a BB forum, and ive had 2 before. and now have one again, but only for a week when i go overseas.
so, if anyone has questions on the pre, i know a lot about it. rooting, hacking, customizing.

I'm having a **** of a time getting preware installed on my Pre using Win 7. Its to the point, I've given up, and have been messing around with my rooted Hero instead.
Any tips?

How do you exaclty install the virtual keyboard on the Pre? I tried once and it screwed up my Pre.

Are you using PreWare on the phone or are you using the desktop method to install vk?
Yes using Windows 7 to do anything with the Palm Pre is a pain in the ***. I am glad I left Windows XP on my netbook. It seems every time I plug it in my desktop with 7 I have re-install all the drivers and what not. It is retard.
