What do I ask for - BIS on Orange PAYG?

I am getting my first Blackberry in a couple of weeks and I like the idea of trying Orange PAYG with the Blackberry option, but I am unsure of what I need to ask for in the shop as I cannot see it mentioned clearly on their website. My phone will be a sim free device from Amazon.

I can see the different animal packages, dolphin etc, but they rely on regular monthly topups of min £10. There is no mention of simply buying a PAYG sim and choosing the Blackberry option. As I understand they simply take £5 each month from the balance on the phone with no need for a minimum monthly topup, so as long as there is credit on the phone the BIS will continue.

Please can someone help me out?

I can't believe with all the knowledgeable people on this forum and after 118 views I have not received any replies

Hi,

After you pop in your SIM card, call customer service 450 and ask for the BlackBerry PAYG service that costs £5/month. They will charge it directly from your credits and then you might need to restart your phone. That's it.

You can pick any animal you want, it doesn't matter. What matters is that you have at least £5 when you ask the Blackberry service over the phone.
