Verizon Storm (9530) using Celcom service - need help!

Hello everyone.

I am currently in Malaysia, I already unlocked my phone, I'm using Celcom, and now I'm trying to get BIS to work. Unfortunately after searching and reading on here for several days I have found no recent solutions. I've tried older ones, but those have yet to have any positive effect. If anyone has had experience with this and can clear that up for me that would be great. I thought I could do without a fully functioning BB for a while, but as it turns out I really miss being able to do practically everything on it.

Any help would be great. like I said I can't seem to find the proper solution.
