Thanks for that, thankfully I am sorted now.
I phoned up twice during the day today and each time I got someone in India and they painted a very gloomy story of problems and issues with the Government and no fix in sight and suggested I read all about the issues in the news and online?!?!?!?!?!
I phoned again tonight and I got an English rep, he signed me up whilst I waited, my gprs turned to GPRS whilst he was on the phone and within a couple of hours I was fully up and running.
So there must be some very bad communication issues with the out of country call centres. Every other time I phoned I have got English reps and they have been really helpful & my experience tonight seems to conclude for me, that if you want anything sorted or correct information you need to have a UK based Rep |
