Default "Switch to WAP......"

Ok, I just upgraded from my 8900 to a 9700 at the weekend. Right up till the change I could watch youtube & yesterberry just fine....... now, with my 9700 i get the "Switch to WAP for streaming media" prompt screen poping up! I called Orange and they told me that if I switch to WAP I will get billed by them for the WAP. They also said that this is a known issue with Blackberry and there should be a 'fix' shortly for it.
I know I can disable the prompt screen, but I will still get charged, so that's a no-go!
I've made sure (i think) all my browser options are set to Blackberry etc

Anyone else had this problem and manged to resolve it?

This is a known Orange UK "issue." I put that in quotes because it's only a user issue. It's implemented on purpose by Orange UK to cut down on bandwidth / make money, they don't plan on changing it, and there's no known way around it. You can try contacting them and complaining, but I've read up on their support forums (after receiving a few complaint emails) and you wouldn't be the only one they ignored

If I hear of anyone coming up with a fix, I'll let you know. Thus far the Magic 8 Ball unfortunately says "outlook not good."
