Hi er, I think I'm in the right place for this? I'm new to this so exscuse my lack of knowledge, I've just rang 450 and asked for my blackberry services to be set up (a friend told me to say this), I thought everything went well but when I tried to use the facebook application & twitter application, it still won't work? Does anyone know why? I'm really confused and I don't know what to do anymore. Please help me.

Sounds like the data plan is not properly set up.

With some UK carriers it can take a day or so. Also, some have been known to setup the wrong plan.

Call the carrier back and have them DOUBLE CHECK that the proper BLACKBERRY INTERNET SERVICE Data Plan/Bolt-On is properly set up and is ACTIVE.
