Orange not activating BIS!

I have rung Orange CS 3 times today. Each time been told the previous cs operator didnt activate the BB plan on PAYG (despite saying they had). The £5 has still not come off my balance and the service still has not been activated.
Anyone else had problems getting this service from Orange? If you managed it, how did you get them to sort you out? Thanks.

Apprently, most of the orange network is down today for gprs, a lot of users effected, could be why you are not getting it. When i rang this afternoon they told be my BB had been deactivated, they reactivated it and said they did not know when the gprs network would be back online
