Orange Blackberry internet servic & messnger

i just had done mine like 2 hours ago, it charged me £5 off my balance, i can access facebook, internet etc. but i cant activate my PIN (for BB messenger) ? i went to email setup and follow the step but an error occurs. do i need to wait for orange to reply on me? cause on 1 of theyre text they said
''you have now joined PAYG etc... You will recieve and SMS from us within 24 hours confirming your activation.''

is dat it? do i need to wait for that msg. so i can use my blackberry messenger? or wat?

Try pulling the battery, restarting and seeing what happens.

What's the status of the letters in the upper right of the screen? If they are in capital letters (eg EDGE, GPRS) bb internet is activated on your device. If its lowercase it hasn't just yet. When I setup payg on my old curve orange did say it could take up to 24 hours to come through. But as suggested pull the battery and give it a few hours and see what happens.
