My BIS is slow (Three UK)

I've been with Three for only 2 weeks now. I switched as I heard good reviews and even through in a PAYG sim in my 9900 to test the connection speed.

The speed was great. I have 3G everywhere I go. The problems started when I took out a one-month rolling contract then added my Blackberry data plan.

Browsing the web through the native browser seems really quick (no problems there). But when using most of my apps that connect via BIS (such as Socialscope, T4BB, Facebook, Sky Sports etc). The applications run really slow.

I've also noticed by services go offline for a brief 5-10 minutes then come back again. During that time I can't connect to any apps whatsoever that use BIS.

Can anyone advice on what the problem may be? Or any solution. Is this a carrier problem? Should I get in touch with them regarding the issues?

This is cleary 3uk having problems providing you with the service you require. Ring them up and have a word and explain to them slowly since the operators are indians and don't understand us people who speak clear fast english.
