missing sim tool kit icon on 9550 with telkomsel carrier

Hi,
I just switch my 9530 with 9550 with os v5.0.0.607 but I can't find sim tool kit icon anywhere including in setup folder, the place I found it in 9530. When I put the sim card in regular mobile phone I can easily find the tool kit, but missing again when I slip the card back into 9550. Is there anyone can help to find where is my simcard tool kit located in storm 2 9550?

I am using 9530, have also this case, but after upgrade using 5.0.0.1041 .... the SIM TOOL KIT Icon appear on Setup Folder.
Please try to upgrade your OS into latest.
