Hi, i'm stuck and need some help. I've moved to UK some months ago and i brought my unlocked bb from Venezuela and everything was working just fine, until 3 days ago that i can only receive pins from people of UK and Europe, but not from Venezuela, they receive my pins, but i don't receive them. I talked with my provider(o2) and they said that everything is ok that i have to check with the people of rim. I also made a wipe and is still not working. What can i

Hmm, I'm a uk O2 user, and I have no prob BBM'ing my aussie, US and canadian friends from within the UK... Try calling O2, because when I first got my BB I had some issues regarding BBM all together and the rectified it the same day- not much help, but my 2cents
