Finally the north is going to be release from a strangle hold it has on it from the telecommunications company NorthWestel. For the past...well forever, they have had a monopoly on telecommunication and have squeezed every penny they could and more from the public, but CRTC has FINALLY stepped in. ya been here for about 10 yrs now.
its HUGE news for us up here. i worked at The Source for a year and AT LEAST once a week we had someone come in saying 'i have a Bell phone why doesnt it work i was told it would work!'. Now it is being fixed
