 Did bell change their hardware upgrade policy or...
was the rep just bs'ing me? I went in to the store to upgrade my blackberry the other day, I've have it for 2 years and change. I figured I would have some upgrade credits on my account, but the rep told me that upgrade credits don't kick-in until 2.5 years into the contract at which point it is a free upgrade.
Does this sound right or should I try another store. If so does anyone know what the credit would be after 2-years and if I signed another 3-year contract?
