Only just seen your post, so this may not be relevent now, and TBH will probably not even help! Anyway, FWIW my partner got her phone (admittedly a Sony Ericsson, not a BB) and contract through the Carphone Warehouse and has had no problem whatsoever in the 2 years she's had it. I had contract with CW a fair few years ago (I'm PAYG now) and they were fine, no issues with phone or billing. In fact, the only time I have had an issue with a phone is when I bought a phone from O2 directly!
If things go wrong, people are quickly onto the forums moaning about it, but how many write about the fact that everything is as it should be? You'll find plenty of negative comment and bad experiences about any company/service on t'interweb, whether it's phones, cars or double glazing, but the number of 'as it should be' experiences will be pretty minimal. How many times have you written a review saying the service you received was as expected?
Unfortunately you will only know for sure if you buy anything with them!
