 Cannot use network codes on my Verizon BB 9550!
my phone is an unlocked BB 9550 which is being used on the Digicel (prepaid) network in Barbados. Digicel prepaid codes are used for everything from checking my balance to activating my prepaid data plan. I recently changed the "Activation Required" messaage by editing the CDMA Service Edit Screen (##000000 then send from phone app) but when i try to send the Digicel codes ('*120#' - balance enquiry) the phane makes a regular call. Is there anyway to recitify this?
The digicel codes worked fine when i was in the US recently however, just not here in Barbados! Could the CDMA settings of the phone be interrupting these codes?
