 BlackBerry Infrastructure no longer connects
Hi,
After I changed my BB plan on Airtel Mumbai, India from the monthly Rs. 899 plan to the 6-monthly Rs. 2499 plan, the BlackBerry Infrastructure no longer connects when I'm connected to Wi-Fi. Earlier my BB 8900 used to connect to the same over Wi-Fi.
When I contacted Airtel for the same, they kept insisting that there has been no change from their end or they have no idea about the settings for the same.
Does anyone have the settings that I can use to have my 8900 start connecting to BI once again.
Any help will be truly appreciated.
