BIS/BES is available by all three Serbian carriers, M:TS, Telenor and VIP. M:TS announced and this has been tested and confirmed, BIS pre-paid with 10 GB data included for mere 600 RSD (5€) a month. it's 3 times cheaper than regular BIS with 30 MB included, on annual contract plans! Further more, they're announcing it will become part of their postpaid offer as well and available to business (read BES) customers.

as far as I know prepaid bis data plans are only avvailable with m:ts carrier...
