Default Best Value UK Pay & Go SIM Only?

I currently have a Virgin SIM for use on my trips over to the UK, 3-5 times a year, generally a week at a go. Who has the best value pay & go that includes BIS? What is their coverage line in the Cheltenham area?

TIA

Best value has to be T-mobile who do 6 months Berry for £20 (or £5/month like most other carriers) and you can use the Orange network too for greater coverage. If you want calls as well then O2 do calls as part of their PAYG package but I don't know the prices.

I should have replied back.

I travelled to the UK at the end of January, and was able to take advantage of a T-Mobile promotion that gave me 6 months free BB and internet with a pay as you go SIM.

I was quite happy with the coverage and service for where I was. I did opt into the additional Orange coverage, but did not pay attention to if or how often it may have switched.

Never tried T-Mobile so I'll leave that for others.

I use O2 on my prime phone. I use their SIMplicity deal that gives me 600 minutes a month + BlackBerry data plan + fee calling to any land line. It costs me £20 per month. This is good for a day to day phone. Probably not what you need for occasional trips though.

In my car I have a second BlackBerry and that is on Orange. This is on Pre-Paid (PAYG - Pay As You Go, in the UK) I have the Dolphin (dumb names) package) and calls ate 15p / minute and the BlackBerry Data Plan is £5 per month and you can start and stop this on a monthly basis. Well, you can stop it by send an SMS to 247 sayng STOPBB and then you have to call 'em to turn it back on again.

Orange payg customers can buy 100 cross network mins for £5 a week.....15p a minute LOL, do some research !!!

£5 a month for unlimited texts

£5 a month for BIS

to boot you can pot in for sister company roaming on 2G T-Mobile

or for £25 get 100 more minutes & 1GB data, add £5 for BIS Three - Pay As You Go - Voice Add-ons

if indoor signal is an issue as as 3/T & O have higher frequencies than o2/Voda use Orange UMA/Signalboost

Vodafone unoffically supported UMA for its MVNO, BT Mobile & Voda customers used to be able to use UMA aswell, BT Mobile no longer sell plans except business and BT Fusion (bluetooth UMA) was switched off but Voda customers may still have access ?

I'm currently visiting the UK with my BB and am using the T-mobi free BB SIM. After having trouble geting credit on it, now it won't give me the free internet it promises. I tried to register, it said my number is already registered but I don't have a username or password.

Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.
