BBM not working international selectively

Hello, I'm on vodafone portugal, and I can't connect with my contacts in Ecuador and Panama with the BBM. This happened once before and went back to normal randomly, now it happened again. I deleted and re-installed the app, up and downgraded OS, tech support CAN chat with my contacts so can a friend of mine from spain. It must be me, I have re-send my service books, pulled the battery many times, I'm out of ideas. Please somebody advice!

Are you running any aftermarket apps?

sorry to reply so late, I don't know what you mean with an aftermarket app. is it a third party app? not running many: google maps, weather eye, isilo, gpsed, smartcalling. This is really frustrating!

Aftermarket apps is aplicaciones que no son originales de blackberry. Have you try you sim card on another blackberry device?

Sorry you said vodafone that CDMA, sorry/ Have you tried going to Vodafone store? Or wiping your handheld?

Disculpa dijiste Vodafone que es CDMA. perdon. Ya intentaste ir a una tienda Vodafone? O hacer una limpieza completa a equipo?
