bb torch data plan problems with digicel???

So i recently unlocked my at&t bb torch so i would be able to use it in aruba with my carrier there (digicell) everything works fine except my data plan will not work! does anyone know why? or am i supposed to do something else to make it compatible! I previously used a curve 8900 from at&t (also unlocked) and my data plan worked just fine here with digicel. Any help would be much appreciated! thanks

I have the exact problem here in Panama. My provider is Telefonica or Movistar as it is called. Apparently because the browser on the Torch is different the service providers need to install some drivers or books (not an expert so I don't know what this means). This is what I have been told. Just so you know your not alone. I have heard that this is happening all over.
