Question Basic Loaner Phone

Hi,

Can Someone HELP ME PLEASE????????????????

I have booked my Blackberry Torch 9800 in for a repair at the O2 store, after 2 weeks of waiting without a loan phone . I was told today my phone will be longer than expected... but they can give me a Nokia (2330) to loan ?

Can they not offer me the same phone, as i have insurance?

Does anyone experience the same in other phone store?

Look forward to hearing to some advice

No since asking us, you will need to ask the company that you sent the Blackberry away for repair through.

But if you had insurance, why not just pay the deductible and get the replacement.

I have contacted, my service provider (02) the told me Anovo deal with the repair in the UK. I would have gone through insurance yes of course. But they do not deal with repair phones, remember they are only covering you for lost and stolen of un-repairable damage. Like water damage etc.

Mostly carriers will give you a phone from their loan phones stock which are mostly old Nokia phones.
