02 Contract Help

OK, so I got the Curve 9300 for my birthday. I got it on a 24 month contract. my tariff is BlackBerry Bonus 25 24 month and I have a 500MB UK Data and Unlimited Wi-Fi for BlackBerry Bolt On. The man in the shop told me and my mum that I would get texts and Internet included in my contract, but I have been charged extra each month since then. I'm not bothered about the Internet on the phone and have stopped using it, but I need to know if texts are included.

Hi i would give O2 a ring there should be a customer service number in your phone contacts think there 4 digits should have a few more ie.Check Balance etc.
They will tell you what is in your contract.Or you could phone the shop but i would get in touch with O2 and if something is wrong then get back to the shop where you got it from.
i looked on the O2 website but couldnt see anything like your contract for the 9300

Internet would be included which is the 500MB but not text unless your plan gives you Unlimited text or a certain number of texts. BBM uses data but not normal SMS.

That tariff should include unlimited text messaging, yes.
MMS are chargeable though.....as much as 36p each I think?!

Email your photos, or BBM them. That way it stays free as long as you're within your 500mb allowance.
