Data plan problems with orange
Hi
I have a curve 9300 and i'm having a bit of bother sorting out email and bbm,on the setup wizard there is no option to setup an email address other than a work email with a blackberry enterprise server.
I have sent pin requests in bbm but it just says pending and my contacts have recieved no request.
I'm on a two year contract with orange under dolphin 25 so i'm very confused with it,so any help would be good.

Sounds like your BlackBerry Data Plan isn't properly set up for your device.
Call your carrier/service provider and have then double/triple check your data plan and that it is active for your device.
Then ask them to resend your Service Books.
