Can i install Cingular BB OS 4.1 On a T-Mobile Unlocked 7290?

Yes just delete the vendor.xml file. Its located in C:/ program files/common files/research in motion/loader all the way at the bottom.

Ok thanks, i managed to get the Cingular OS but i still cannot compose or reply to SMS messages, why is that?
